Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Pori (puffed rice)
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts small sized
  • 8 cloves Garlic thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Sambar powder
  • 1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil, add peanuts and roast till light brown. Add roasted chana dal, curry leaves, red chillies, garlic and fry for a minute.
  • Add turmeric powder, sambar powder, hing, and salt. Mix well.
  • Then add the cut green chillies, turmeric powder and fry for a minute. Add Brussel sprouts and salt and mix them well.
  • Add turmeric powder, sambar powder, hing, and salt. Mix well.
  • Allow it to cool and store it in an airtight container. Believe me, at my place, it gets over in two days 🙂

Tips

  • I add Sambar powder instead of Red chilli powder because it gives a good flavor.
  • Fry it in low/medium flame or else it will get burnt.
  • Feel free to increase/decrease the quantity of ingredients, it’s purely your choice in this recipe.
