Heat oil, add peanuts and roast till light brown. Add roasted chana dal, curry leaves, red chillies, garlic and fry for a minute.
Add turmeric powder, sambar powder, hing, and salt. Mix well.
Then add the cut green chillies, turmeric powder and fry for a minute. Add Brussel sprouts and salt and mix them well.

Allow it to cool and store it in an airtight container. Believe me, at my place, it gets over in two days 🙂
Tips
I add Sambar powder instead of Red chilli powder because it gives a good flavor.
Fry it in low/medium flame or else it will get burnt.
Feel free to increase/decrease the quantity of ingredients, it’s purely your choice in this recipe.
