Ingredients

  • 1 stick Unsalted butter
  • 13 tsp Cadbury’s Drinking Chocolate Powder heaped
  • 1 can Condensed milk (14 oz)

Instructions

  • Before you start making the fudge, grease a tray with butter on all sides and keep it ready.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and pour in the condensed milk from the can. Save the can to lick till the last drop of condensed milk. I love spreading it on toast and it’s yummm.
  • Add the drinking chocolate.
  • Cut the stick of butter into smaller squares and add them one by one into the pan. Save couple to add at the end.
  • Stir and mix well.
  • Keep stirring the fudge in medium flame for about 7 minutes and when you see the liquidy chocolate hardening on the sides of the pan, that’s the indication to turn it off and pour in on the greased tray.
  • Smooth it out using a steel spoon and leave it to cool down a bit. I know it’s a big challenge not to eat.
  • When it’s still warm, apply some butter on a pizza cutter and cut it in squares.
  • Enjoy the easy and scrumptious chocolate fudge!!

Tips

  • Dark cocoa can be used in place of Drinking chocolate powder.
