Now, lets cook! Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add the bread pieces and fry for some time till it turns light brown. Keep it aside.
When it cools down, mix the wet masala with the fried bread pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp oil. Season with the ingredients under seasoning.
Then add the chopped onions, fry till golden and then add the bread, salt and keep sautéing till nice and brown in medium flame.
Add a handful of chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
