Now, let's knead!
To a large mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, rava, sugar, salt, baking-soda) and mix it all in.
Now gradually add the yogurt and keep kneading it slowly. Add a little milk if needed and knead it to a smooth soft ball of dough. Keep it covered at least for an hour.
After an hour, add 2 tsp ghee to the dough and knead it again for 2 mins. Divide the dough into 9 equal parts and roll it into smaller balls.

Take one dough ball and dredge in flour. Roll it out flat with a rolling pin. It shouldn't be too thin.
